SHIPPING & RETURNS SHIPPING POLICY

Every effort is made to ship your product as quickly as possible. We currently ship through Canada Post, and due to COVID-19, our fulfillment center is working short-staffed please expect shipping delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns. If your product is delivered to you damaged, please contact us and we will send out a new one. If you would like to exchange an item, it must be returned within 14 days of the ship date in the exact condition it was sent. The buyer is responsible for the returned product's shipping costs and the cost to ship out the new product.
